Is it ok to provide my account details such as username and password when asked?

Under no circumstances should a customer provide anyone, even to employees of Nija Recharge, with login information i.e. username and password.

We will never require you to provide us with such information over the phone, in person or by email, nor will we send out emails with links or buttons telling you to update your account.

Does Nija-Recharge know my Password, is it secure?

No. Nija-Recharge does not know your Password. Your Password is created by you and should be known by only you. Nija-Recharge will never ask you for verbal or written authentication of your Password.

This information is encrypted and blocked from viewing by anyone, including Nija-Recharge employees.

How can I fund my Nijarecharge Wallet?

“NAIRA”

Debit card: You can fund your wallet with your Naira debit card. Simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on wallet balance under "My Account"

Step 2: Click on Paystack and Enter the Amount you want to add

Step 3: Click on Checkout

Step 4: Click on Pay Via Paystack

Step 5: Enter your card number

Step 6: Enter the expiry date of your card

Step 7: Enter CVC at the back of your card

Step 8: Click on Pay and Wallet will be funded instantly.
